This place is inspired from Oshos ashram in pune !
The sea zen home as we like to call it was the home of a very renowned builder until he decided to give it away to me who in turn decided to tear apart walls , Flooring and the ceiling to make it into a zen palace !

The place has a view that money cannot buy, Nestled in the community village of Chimbai
It has a heritage history and luxruy all rolled in.

Welcome to the Sea pad , The house where time stops and your thoughts take over.
Living in this house is almost like being at vipassana , Because you have yourself and the most calming natural element of earth.
The sea right infront of you, This is a cosy 2 Bed room flat that is nestled in the locality of chimbai in bandra west, This is on the 4th floor of a stand alone building which is sorrounded by the homes of kohli communities , Salmans office and Salman khans mothers original home !
If you are wanting to experience the retro bandra of the 90’s. this is the place to be
Where time stands still and so does the prices !
Head over to anita tais for breakfast at 20Rupees or go for a free walk to the sea using the kohli boat runway.
